WW2 USCG Lieutenant (JG) dress white jacket

Article about: Big fan of ww2 USCG uniforms so had to pick this up. It has some heavy staining on the back that I may take it to be professionally dry cleaned to try to remove. Named to a R.L.Gillan Lieute

    Big fan of ww2 USCG uniforms so had to pick this up. It has some heavy staining on the back that I may take it to be professionally dry cleaned to try to remove. Named to a R.L.Gillan Lieutenant (JG). Not sure if the numbers in the jacket are part of a service number or not.

    "Gillin, RL" does not appear in the 30 June 1944 USCG register of officers, so he probably came later.
