    I know nothing about these but it has kinda of a new look if you as me.But i may be wrong.

    Looks o.k as far as original lieutenants no.1 U.S. Navy uniform. See if you can find anything out about the owner, you've got the name.

    Sadly the value will be very low. I would estimate $25 to $30?

    Ade is correct they have very little value unless a vry large size. If it is a size 44 or bigger then 25 is about right. Below that and the value drops to about 10 bucks.
