    Hi Danko, your helmet is a Danish M48, a copy of the US M1 used from the early 1950 until replaced by the French Galet composite helmet in 1992.

    There's a possibility it might be Norwegian (the M58) which used essentially the same liner as the later Danish M48. Actually it more or less *was* the same liner, made in Denmark, but mated with German or Austian shells.

    To be sure we'd need to see more detail of the shell. It does look rather Danish CV grey in the pics, I have to say.

    Well, I bought it in Norway, so it could make sense that it could a norwegian one.
