Identification of decal on side of M1

I picked up a new M1 liner and looking for help with one of the decals on the side. The decal on the first side I can identify as 100th Infantry Division. The decal on the other side, I can find no information about it. I'm assuming it's related to the 100th Infantry Division, but have not been able to find any other image like it. Decal says 'First and Last', Motto Maybe?

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

100th Support Battalion USAR Unit Crest (First and Last)

The decals represent the 100th Infantry Division and the unit crest is the 100th Support Battalion.

I would imagine that the liner is a post WW2 1950's era liner as the 100th became a very important Army Reserve training division in the 50s and today they are involved in Noncommissioned Officer Leader Development at various NCO Academies
