Default Vietnam Helmet with camo cover

Let me begin by saying I know nothing about Vietnam helmets but I sold one off years ago that I still regret to this day. That being said, I came across this beauty at very reasonable price and had to add it to my collection of lids. The helmet and it's components look very authentic and untouched. The camo cover is on very tightly and appears to have been on for a very long time. The Ace of Spades drawing looks authentic but who knows. This helmet evokes the real feel of the war from all the images I have seen in classic movies and news clips. Please feel free to comment on authenticity or anything else about the helmet. Thanks in advance for your help.
    Regards, Al

I'd love to get one but have no idea what makes a good one rather than a put together job

*Current discussion exists on the true date of these covers. Although the contract number dates these pieces to the mid 1960s, several of these models have the deep flap cuts suggesting they are of 1969 or slightly later production.

Thanks, where do I look for it ? I didn’t want to mess with the cover since it’s on so tightly.

Nice helmet Aldo. It does have the look.

I really like the glass skull head. I have some glass heads ,BUT none are glass skull's. NICE!!!
Perfect fit for the Skull collector.
