Judging from the instructions under the lid, it looks like a pretty universal kit.
Not specific to any make or model.

When I used my Bing Fu,
It took me to a Willy's Jeep site.
Then looking at the Info plate. I think Greg is correct as it being used on a variety of US. vehicles.
