    Rene,

    That is a sad day when you have to say goodbye to a Jeep. Some new caretaker can have fun with it. Put my 1945 Modified Willys CJ2A away for the winter today.

    sad yes, you could always save another, after 18 months of restoration and many thousands of pounds hopefully mine will be finished soon,

    It certainly does, i will pop a link up to my resto tomorrow, lots of pics etc, all of my drivetrain was done by a expert i figured that was the best way to go, glad i did, the chassis looked like it was hit with a landmine.

    I did make a fair (when I say fair I mean fair) profit on it hey. Must say she needs work to get running as she was unexpectedly stiff to tow out!

    Difficult to ‘like’ a post about parting with a great piece of kit/fun like this, but I’m glad you got a lot of pleasure out of it. Someone else’s turn now..
