Are these MVD Qualification Badges?

Picked up a set of pin qualification badges (plus an extra). I am pretty sure they are not "pilot's badges", as the seller thought, & have found other examples for sale online which are listed as MVD badges... is that correct (I am always wary when my only sources are sales references)?



Confirmation of the Tajik pin badge would be much appreciated too. Is it a military sporting pin?

For UK viewers, the 1 Somoni coins are about (some bigger, some smaller) the size of a 10p coin!

These are MVD qualification badges for the commanding staff, 1972-74. The Tajik badge is a badge for sports school pupils.
