I would say this matches up pretty well to an original. Type in "30 zinc Wound Badge" in the search function and you will find loads to compare to.
I'm no pro on these so wait for more opinions. Not sure we can conclusively call it a silver though as there is no remaining wash left to compare to. I do not know if they produced "Black" badges in this style but they did produce gold and silver.

The example posted is zinc, Ned's is tombak, different hardware altogether.
I don't see any problems with the one posted here.
