I think its a good 30?.......not sure about placement of the mark, normally centred.

I believe it is a good "30" as well.
Zinc ones had the lower maker mark.
The finish seems to be disappearing in an unusual manner though.

This does not look like the typical finish absorbtion into the zinc. I'd hazard a guess that there has been a bit of spray can "enhancement" with this one.
