How does this guys stuff look?

I am about to visit a local collector who is wiling to sell me some of his collection and he sent me some pictures of some of his items, and just to make sure with you guys that this man's stuff is real or if i should be warry of the stuff he is willing to sell me. Let me know !!!

I would post the flag/dagger/bayonet in the appropriate forums for the guys there to give their opinions but in terms of the decorations, it's hard to tell from the pics. The EKs look ok, the Flottenkriegsabzeichen look ok, one is de-nazified as is the Panzerabzeichen. The Verwundetenabzeichen look ok too but that is only from what I can see on the photo. As I'm sure you're aware, better, closer photos of the fronts and backs can give a different perspective on things.
I suggest you visit the collector armed with your camera, take decent shots of the things you're interested in and post them here for better informed opinions, then you can make a sound decision on whether or not to spend your money.
Alaways be wary if you don't know what to look for!
