If it is marked 118 on the pin, this is usually very clear.
If it is a 118, the hinge would be mounted lower, away from the rim.
Here is an example to compare.

Looking at the one I. The post to you sent the pin in this one is much higher and definitely wasn’t marked 118. Definitely not a 118
Reverse hardware is reminding me of Steinhauer & Lück.
