Hi everyone,
Gutted to say I bought the 107 Carl Wild wound badge in Gold from Ulrich Militaria (looked really nice) and they sent this one out in error. Just out of interest, how does it look to you? Paid £220, not happy.

It looks like there are traces of gold in the middle, I am sure they will send you the one you ordered if you tell them, the Verwundetenabzeichen Gold they have do look good.
It's a gold 30 Hauptmunzamt Wein badge in zinc. If you're not happy get in touch and send it back, it's bloody dear too! I'd want it cased for that kind of money.
I'd also take the Wild over this one any day, let's face it, you'll never be happy if you let this lie, it's like getting an arrow through the neck with a gas bill tied to it......
Regards, Ned.

my thoughts are same as ned.
Check out the difference.....It probably is a genuine error on the part of the vendor, but needs dealing with pronto.

Send it back, there is no comparison between the two. Hopefully just a mistake.

Whatever its just an opinion.
Absolutely, send this one back as soon as Possible. The gilding on this piece is fading fast and the overall appearance looks awful. For that kind of a price, it should shiny and glittering Gold in color-front and back(and as Ned said, in a black leather button closure Case!). I'm amazed that Ulrich's would make such an appalling error.
