Nice badge and case Todd, Congrats on the nice pick up.

A nice addition Todd, congrats!
I am still looking for one of these without the case but, I would prefer either the wide pin, or the tapered pin variant.

Thank-you Ralph. What is funny is I was actually looking for one without the case to display on uniforms. I already had a cased example but it is named (attributed) and part of a grouping, so I don't use it for uniform display. At the auction there was an example without the case in ZINK that went for MORE than this cased example in Tombak! I thought that was crazy. The only thing I can figure is the zink badge was "30" marked and nearly stone mint. I guess the bidders just had to have a maker mark. I'd rather have a Tombak badge 11 days out of 10 as long as condition is similar.
Good luck on your search!

This really is an amazing piece Todd. Look forwards to seeing it displayed on a uniform.
