What do you think of this non-magnetic (buntmetall version) Verwundetenabzeichen in schwartz, marked L/11, and which for me corresponds to an authentic Deumer (in any case, it is not a Floch)? Thank you in advance for your expert advice.

Small "L", large "11".

And for my knowledge, do you know how is the original model (not the variant with a small L and a large 11)?

There are a few variants, maker's mark, and different hinge and catch set ups.
