A possible NZ Army bush hat of the Vietnam era. Size stamp but no maker marks, faded jungle green.

I do have a mint unused example 1976 , Is a XXS so that would explain that .

To compare , here is a British version , Malaya Emergency era , marked & dated 1952.
Very similar design , note the different vent holes and tie straps for a chinstrap to be tied on.
