Help yellow airborne helmet

what do you think about it, what the yellow color could means ?

There are a number of possibilities that these helmets were circulated through Army use and also Navy and Air Force use. After the war the helmets could have been repainted and used at Army bases for example for training cadre on rifle ranges (Range Safety, Range Control) to identify cadre from trainees,, or they were sent to the Navy and the colors were used to identify specific divisions aboard ship (firefighting, gunners, fire control, damage control, etc.).
