I mean, it could have been used by an Australian. The Australians used M1s, and I believe some of them were Australian made. It looks like it’s in not great condition, but if it’s what you want, it’s what you want.
So it’s an orignal Australian m1 helmet? I’m making a Vietnam soilder and needed a helmet as o have an Australian tunic ready thanks
Not Australian at all
Aus m1
Hi. In your opinion do you think this served in combat it’s an American m1 helmet I’m guessing disappointed but I was used by an Aussie soilder named major Dickson and his comrade.
There’s not really any way of knowing. Until someone invents time travel we won’t be able to see what happened in the past without any record of it.
You can find items that probably saw combat, based on what you know about who used it and when.
It was found in a trunk marked "Major Dickson". Assuming Major Dickson is a confirmed Australian, is there any evidence he used this helmet, was it a souvenir he collected, or is it completely unrelated to Major Dickson? Take your pick.
Hi. I think it may have been his friend who might have been kia as it has a different name
This is Sarcasm? I don’t understand
