Looks original to me. Note this style patch dates from 1971-1979 so maybe very late but most likely post war. The squadron was named the 11th Tactical Reconnaissance Squadron for the majority of the Vietnam War.

Looking into this a little further; I may have been too hasty before. Could well be a repro.
The seller of the one above is stating it was made in Vietnam during the war. Surely this is unlikely considering the squadron was based on the Davis-Monthan Air Force Base after it's re-designation in May 1971.
Here are some interesting facts about the squadron:

The twill on the upper half is a dead give away, the construction is similar to most of the repro VN patches listed on ebay for less than $10
