Hello Alex, I think the consensus on three solder points on a buckle ls center roundel is an indication of a fake/postwar item. The helmet looks to have artificial aging/spotting to it, whereas the rest of the buckle looks rather new (shiny solder points, no tarnish or wear on roller bar, and the prongs look on the thin side to my eyes).
