"15/19" probably is "15. Kompagnie des 19. Infanterie-Regiments"?

Early Reichswehr or Freikorps?
Freikorps Gruppenfoto (Postkartenformat) privates Foto = 1,00 EUR | eBay
Provisional Reichswehr ca. 1919.
Some new insignia (cap wreaths, sleeve rank chevrons, sleeve unit patches) have already been adopted by some of the men, but are worn together with older model insignia on a variety of "old army" uniforms (although some appear to be wearing the newly-introduced Feldrock, as well).
Very nice material and analysis. Thank you.
Sloppy cockade!

This appears to be a transitional visor (circa 1919). Note that it is a silk-top:
“Show me the regulation, and I’ll show you the exception.”
Field cap marked IV A.K., which is for the 4th Armee Korps. General Command of the IV Army Corps in Magdeburg. Corps Area: Province Saxony and Duchy of Anhalt.
Appears to be IR17
“Show me the regulation, and I’ll show you the exception.”
This Einheitsfeldmütze recently was on eBay, and I fell short bidding. I love the Bavarian items, WWI, and going a handful of years into the 1920's. I am curious if the cockade configuration is legit on this--the state cockade would be a pre 1916 officer style, under the Royal Army. How much differences were continued by Bavaria in the Reichswehr? Obviously this continues the Bavarian tradition of all feldgrau, without the contrasting green.
Danke vielmals!
