Bought this about a month ago. As much as I love perfect, clean, matching numbers examples of old firearms (I have a beautiful, almost all matching numbers 1910 or 1911 Brazilian Mauser I hope to post here soon), this is what I really love buying. I'm in it for the history, and this old girl has clearly "seen some things," to put it mildly. Very few matching numbers, what look like some field repairs to the stock (as shown in the pictures below), a missing screw or two, etc. At the end of the day, she still puts rounds downrange, pretty accurately as well.
