I cant tell you the maker, but i've just looked at the mag on my MPi-KM and it doesn't match that, so it aint East German. Jet black paint though Chinese, Yugoslavian?
Not Chinese i think. It has Russian/Cyrillic letters on it. A friend have a shop where he sells a lot of different AK mags. For the 47 and 74. Bakelites in red and plum and the old "slab sides from the 50's.He was not there himself today so i got only this one.

If it's got Cyrillic letters could it be Bulgarian perhaps?

Yes indeed. Thanks Gunny I have also read the article. There is however some Russian makers not mentioned there. "Molot" as an example. Molot can look like Tula. I will post a few pics.
