Arisaka Type 38 carbine butt marking

Anyone no what the marking on the butt of my Arisaka carbine may indicate.

Looks like a marking for a school or academy that used older rifles for training purposes after the weapons were out of service.

Can you post pictures of the markings and vent holes on the receiver?

I thought they could be Chinese markings ?.

I am not able to read it but would agree that it is a school marking of some type.
