Hello
what are your thoughts on this rifle
I paid a $100 for it
what is the value of it in its current condition
the prices seem to be all over the place
there is no date on it

It's a Mannlicher M1888/90 long rifle-will be chambered for the old 8 x 50R mm round nose bullet-will not take the 'pointy' 8 x 56R mm round that many of the later M1895 rifles were rechambered for between the World Wars. Price is a good one for a collector as it would be classed in good condition for its age.
