Can't say I'm a fan of the nickel plating, but its part of its history and nice to have it so named as well. Nice find.

For what it is worth, I dealt with a murder with one of these some years back. The .380 calibre was surprisingly effective! I always considered it somewhat second rate but it certainly was damaging and very efficient.
I would certainly consider it as a back up or concealed carry calibre.

Time and Private Hartner have not been kind to this example, but it’s always been one of my ‘favourite’ handguns - from a purely aesthetic point of view.

Thanks guys! Yes, not a good looking example but its tough to find sweetheart gripped guns.
