Continuation war Carcano carbine

It's 1939 dated, and made by Terni, for the Finnish government during the war. Nearly 100,000 Carcanos were sent to Finland, missing most of the Winter war. They were used during the Continuation war however, but were highly disliked by Finnish troops because of its terrible accuracy, due to the fixed rear sights. Many were discarded at the first opportunity for battlefield pickups, because they disliked the gun so much. Most were issued to artillery, communications, air force and partisan troops, but some were issued to front-line troops.
Finnish soldier with Carcano.

It looks to be in pretty decent condition. If in firing condition, put some rounds down range and see if the rumors are true.

Only paid $100 for it, so I'd like to get it back to operable condition.

That’s a no brainer! Love great deals like that...

It appears that these guys aren't impressed by the Carcanos at all.
