Last photo shows a Lanchester Mk1 SMG in the centre.
Sorry, it is the mother of the Lanchester: a MP28. I don't known if it is German. or Swiss, or Spanish, or Belgian, or.......
I think Spanish because the other smg in this case are Spanish.

Woops, your right, I magnified it a bit and can see its a 28 alright. There must be a Lanchester there somewhere, no collections complete without one!

And what do you think of this one? The colour of door handles is right?
Most certainly is, I stand corrected. When were you there? I am wondering if they gave it a revamp in there or something.

These are a great look into the Berretta museum, thanks for posting.
The early model FG42 is not often encountered, at the Musee des Invalides (excuse my French) there is a early and later model FG42 in the same cabinet - the museum has four floors of WW2 - but it is really a trip for the medieval weapons and armor aficionado.
