Here is my K98 DUV 42 rifle. A project that needs stripping down and sorting if I ever get some time. It is a Russian capture, so has some ugly additions but still an interesting bit of history. DUV 42 K98s are not easy to find now.

I would say leave it as is, russian captures aren’t always the prettiest but adds to history of it, I have a 41 duv myself.

Probably lucky to find over there for sure. Just protect the metal and ya got a great piece of history. Thanks for sharing
