Certainly a mixmaster, as many different proofs there, i assume the single S should assumed an SS contract, in reality i assume all the top receiver marking are not period, the Sights are from Mauser Oberndorf most real late 1939 when they changed from WaA63 to WaA655, but other sight parts are missmatch, and proofed from different maker, normally on that place to find 3 proofs, the trigger proofs assembly looks like WaA77 which would be polish Radom and later production, barell went per Waffen Frankonia Wuerzburg but the near stamps looks like yugoslavian or other cyrilic near the german stamp.

If you have the handguard it also should be stamped on the inside

Definitely fake. There were no AX 45 rifles.
