Mauser 1914

I have a 1914 Mauser 7.65 s# 339379. My local gun guy estimates it is a pre-Nazi issue since it lacks the eagle stamp at the rear sight. It has a crown over a "U" stamped in it instead. I am trying to narrow down when it was made, confirm it is a 1914, and ask if anyone has an idea of where I can find a after market clip so that I may continue to use the weapon without further wearing out the original clip.
