    Not cheap, that is for sure, but the price reflects the rarity!

    To import them into the US would be a crime. The BATF would make you torch cut them.

    Now lets make you cry. BATF insisted that I either cut or surrender the PPD-40.

    The weapon parts kit is now for sale. Anybody interested let me know. I have a figure in my head but will consider all offers.

    I know this might seem completely crazy to you as you would be losing out on money, but for the sake of not ruining a very rare firearm couldnt you have donated it to a museum or something?

    I didn't realize that they made less than 100,000 of these. No wonder they want so much. It was a cool concept, just didn't work very well under battlefield conditions. It would be very painful to see this cut on.

    like it was said above, a piece like that does not deserve to be destroyed, you should donate it to a museum, or give it to someone who can actually keep it intact.
