We really need more and better photos. One blurry photo doesn't give us much to go on.
I would also be careful regarding state/federal laws. The weapon might look like a relic but could be classified as functional and as such you would need the correct licences/permits.
I have a de-act STG44 with a replaced cast upper. All other parts are original. Not sure what they go for now, but I would think I could probably sell it for $1.5k.

Sorry but this was only photo he provided. He did mention that it was legal to own because it had receiver cuts. I will see if i can get better photos
I would not pay that kind of price for this relic. It has an odd look of overpainted filler in places.
Here's my own deac for comparison;
Last time I saw one for sale in UK it was £2500, probably more now.
