Type 14 2nd Series to Share

Article about: I recently acquired a nice Type 14 2nd Series. All matching except for magazine as shown. Broken firing pin that is numbered to the gun. The grip panels are numbered but the one is strange.

    I recently acquired a nice Type 14 2nd Series. All matching except for magazine as shown. Broken firing pin that is numbered to the gun. The grip panels are numbered but the one is strange. Any opinions are appreciated. The second question is put a replacement firing pin in or have it repaired??? Thank you for looking.

    Nice. Looks like the pistol was produced on a Friday...and someone was a bit sloppy with the serial number stamps on the grip.
