Article about: Can anybody recommend a good book on WW2 Russian small arms and their associated equipment? I've got plenty of books on other nations guns, but there does not seem to be a lot of info around

    Can anybody recommend a good book on WW2 Russian small arms and their associated equipment? I've got plenty of books on other nations guns, but there does not seem to be a lot of info around on our eastern allies, thanks.

    Try finding Small arms of the world by WHB Smith, printed by The Stackpole Company. 37 nearly A4 size pages on Russian firearms .John

    Thanks John, I have two volumes of Smith's books, I wanted to know more about the accessories, ammo boxes and cleaning kit etc.
