WWI WWII? CHARGEUR TYPE V 4x10 & LANCE BOMBES TYPE V 8X58
Article about: Anyone here know what, and what era, these were? From a WWII vet's collection, I think these are probably French weapons (a French mortar?), an internet search returns absolutely nothing...

For ivanoff, I think it's one old monoplan in the base of Chateaufort in Seine et Oise, it's very old, near 100 years.

Merci Lebus, tres sympa ;-)
Went to the site, it seems it is not a mortar, but an electrically released under the wing attachment that vertically suspends a group of bombs for dropping on a target?

Yes, I realize, completely obscure... but nice to shed light on it, I can sleep better now ;-)
