    WWII USMC Vet Norman Sutherland Jr's S&W M1917 Revolver. He put on some cool sweetheart grips as many vets did with their personal sidearms. He was a BAR man with the 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment 3rd Marine Brigade, Fleet Marine Force serving in the Solomon’s Campaign.

    Very nice gun. A pimped out version with cut down hammer, nickel plated and custom grips is nice to see. It belongs to the history of the gun and to the person. Thanks for sharing. He obviously preferred thicke dental floss.
