ZF4 scope and mount

Article about: Hi Guys I'd appreciate your thoughts please on the ZF4 scope mount I have on my deact K43. The scope itself has good optics, but is missing the top adjustment wheel cover, and looks like it

    Hi Guys

    I'd appreciate your thoughts please on the ZF4 scope mount I have on my deact K43. The scope itself has good optics, but is missing the top adjustment wheel cover, and looks like it was used post-war, or remarked during the war. But I am not experienced enough to know if the mount itself is genuine, or a post-war reproduction.

    Pls see the pics below and let me know your thoughts.

    I'm very much of the opinion that the mount is a modern repro.

    Thoughts anyone?

    It looks a bit crude in manufacture, did you buy it as genuine?

    It came with the K43 so I didn’t buy it separately…
