Also known as dubok (little oak), here is one of them.

The M1990 Romanian "leaf" pattern was issued & used alongside the M1994 "fleck" pattern during the 1990s until replaced in the early 2000.
Some covers managed to find their way in former Yugoslavia during the Balkan's conflicts of the 1990s.

Hello,

I have this helmet cover apparently cut from Italian camouflage fabric, but it does not match the usual patterns: assembly of 5 pieces of fabric, camouflage tabs and poor finishing. I suppose it is an imitation...

The British Disruptive Pattern Material (DPM) pattern was adopted by the Romanian Army in 2002.







The reverse side is waterproof.


A Romanian desert version of the British S95 two-color desert camouflage was also adopted at the same time.
