well at least glenn likes it LOL, I think it is a good original example, maybe the liner is replaced? which seems common, I know the drawstring looks new but overall the paint is really good for its age, I may take a punt at it.
I like the look of it too - if it's a decent price, go for it. A lot of French
Adrian helmets I've seen are missing most of the paint and don't
have liners - almost relics.........
Regards,
Steve.
No problem with it, good helmet.
I have my great grandfather helmet from Verdun.
Also my grandfather from ww2 found 20 years later in the farm he was captured in.

I think I am going to pick this one up, I worked him down to 145US which I feel is fair since the condition is nice.
this is a good helmet. all complete too, liner chin strap and badge. the helmet stamp i think is reflex paris
There is many different helmet to collect in this style artillery ,navy , medic and others.

Thanks guys, chris you have some truly priceless helmets from your pappy's, I am envious. This helmet will arrive to me soon, I just wanted a nice complete example of a french helmet and the WW2 M26 models all seemed to be different parts or really banged up and hard to find complete enough to my liking, Next on my list is a doughboy.
