I think it is a portugise helmet because the shape but im not shure
The liner and the chinstrap were in good condition and not seems to be postwar
I am need your opinion to this helmet

It's a Portuguese model M940, manufactured from 1940, in 1963 the liner system was replaced with the M1 Riddel type and chinstrap.
It's a nice original example.

That's a very nice example of the early Portuguese M940. And I mean the real early production run, with the inserted vent attached to the chinstrap mounting. The later editions of the 940 had a simple punched vent. Liner band is also the early type, usually unpainted aluminium (steel later). These are hard to find - buy it now! I would!
