Agreed it looks like a post war Finnish liner, the rear liner pin looks like a rivet so Iām not sure how they would remove the liner if they had too
The liner also looks like in german police postwar helmets, M53. Yes... liner pins are rivets! You could not remove the liner...
The two front pins still look like original split pins, odd that they put a rivet in the rear.

the inner liner is from the West German police pattern 1951 (the M53 is a different inner liner). But it looks pretty messed up.
The M42 helmet appears to have been repainted.
In my opinion a restored WW2 helmet using a police lining.
