Unknown helmet

Can anyone tell me what type of helmet this is? I thought it was iraqi but i'm not so sure now.

It's an Iraqi M80 helmet.....Sadam purchased these fiber helmets from South Korea and painted them tan.

I think your helmet is correct for an M80. It is the M90 that has the rubber around the rim as well as the M90 is made of a light colored ballistics plastic! Your example is made of a green material, as can be seen on the inside, and tan painted on the outside, indicative if the Iraqi M80.
