Unknown M1-type helmet

Found this on line. The seller claims it's made of steel. Don't recall having seen anything like this before, any ideas?

Iraqi or early Korean.
It is not made of steel, but of a synthetic material. Possibly Corlon.

This type of helmet was widely exported by Korea.

Emile is correct, originally SKorean product, made of Corlon; several possible makers including Daewoo and Samsung. Very widely exported, examples found in Middle East, Asia, South America.
