WWI Italian

Article about: Hello. Is this is WWI Italian helmet? I typed that into Google and a lot of photos of hemets with similar markings on the front popped up. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

    Thanks BG,so I guess that the Steel Combat Helmet wasn't at the forefront of an Army during the pre-ww1 years as no countries seem to have had any decent protective Headgear?seems to have been a serious lack alround of idea's as so many ended up purchasing then producing another countries idea's,so apart from the French/Belgium/Italy/and Russia,anyone else used the Adrian?...............

    Ive seen photos of the Thailand military using the Adrian style helmets, also Nationalist China troops in Shanghai, also any country that the French ruled or was part of France colony / like Colonial troops from Africa , Algeria, Tunisia, Morocco, Indo China
