Best reference books for shoulder boards, SA items, & collar tabs

Hi all, I am looking for suggestions for reputable reference books on Heer shoulder boards, SA items, & collar tabs especially SS collar tabs. Also, a book on cuff titles would be nice. I have a decent grasp on common Bevo & flat wire cuff titles but would be nice to learn about the more obscure cuff titles.

Thanks for pointing that out, Ralph. Somehow I overlooked that. I use this site on my cellphone & that makes it hard to get the full experience.
