I have been on this forum for 1 year. I wanted to send out a great thankyou. This forum has helped fill a big void when my lifetime mentor passed. I can't express how much this forum has helped me branch out into the collecting community.

Further I have received help and information on every post. Learned more information with each word read. I have truly enjoyed the last year with you and this forum. I am already signed up for another year and you are stuck with me for another year. Great forum and thanks to all the moderators and members.

Hi Tim..Glad you`re here

Mentors ....we all have them are like a relay race ...when one finishes their stretch..the baton is passed on to another which you now carry that baton of your passed mentor.
You now are in that race and will also be a mentor for the next collector. Being here on this forum...we all live on the same street .

I am happy to pass on what limited knowledge I have. It has taken years to obtain and some of that knowledge came from spending $ foolishly only to find that what the item was was no good. That is the school of hard knocks. Anytime you can help another in this field, hobby or business, it helps the community overall and that alone is something no dollar amount can be attached to. When I go to the grave, if I had not passed on the limited knowledge I have to those in want, that'd be another foolish move to make.
