Good morning,
yes, medal and ribbon are original.
This medal was given to all Veterans of the Italian-Turkish War, fought between 1911 and 1912; at the end of which Italy conquered: Libya, Rhodes and the Dodecanese Islands.
It is made of silver and is signed "L. GIORGI", by the name of the famous engraver, the artist "Luigi Giorgi".
