Interesting WWI 'Reunion' Badges.........!

These are Canadian '60th and 87th Battalion' 1936 reunion badges, made by 'Birks'
- a well known jeweller in Canada. All have threaded screw back posts.
I found them at an Antique Mall about five years ago and recognised
that they were some type of WWI insignia. They were marked
$2.50 apiece, so I bought all three.

A few months back, I saw one on ebay and found out exactly what
they were - I did not know beforehand. I watched that one pin
on ebay sell for $80 !

Sometimes you never know what you have until you post it here on the Forum,
and it's good to finally get stuff up again !

Perhaps someone can tell me the significance of these little pins ?
I find it hard to believe someone would spend that much
on one tiny - 10 mm - badge.........!
