Yes mate, that's a Marshall Foch Medallion, awarded for patriotism.
Obverse: Portrait of Marshall Foch by Maillard (signature). Reverse: (Translated from the French)"Commander in Chief of Allied Armies operating in France - April 14, 1918 ".
It is complete if you attach the French (red, white,blue) tricolor ribbon.
